Care Guide & Warranty
We select high-quality materials and handcraft each piece so each one is unique. Materials, such as gold, can tarnish, but by ensuring that you know how to properly care for your jewelry, you will also ensure that your product lasts as long as possible.
1. It is vital that you do not expose your jewelry to extreme elements, as well as avoid chemicals, which include, but are not limited to:
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Perfume
- Lotion
- Hairspray
2. Your jewelry needs to be cleaned regularly. By using a soft cloth, such as microfiber, you can remove oils, dirt, or other chemicals that can cause your jewelry to become tarnished, or damaged.
3. Your jewelry should be considered fragile. Handle it carefully, and avoid pulling on it, twisting it, or other harsh activities. All jewelry is susceptible to becoming damaged or scratched, but you can reduce this risk by handling it with care.
4. Our jewelry is waterproof, and even though we use high-quality gold-filled, or gold-plated materials, if it is exposed to water or moisture for long periods, it can damage, tarnish, or discolor your jewelry.
Our Warranty Policy:
We offer a six-month warranty for our merchandise starting from the day of purchase. It covers manufacturing, faults, and or defects, but it does not cover accidental breakage, or other types of general wear and tear, which can include scratches, tarnishing, and or fading. Custom jewelry is on a FINAL SALE basis and cannot be returned unless it has arrived to you damaged. If your custom jewelry has arrived damaged, the same return policy applies. See Refund Policy for more information.
If your jewelry is repaired by another jeweler, this warranty will be voided.
Do not use cleaning chemicals or products to clean your jewelry.
