Charm Bar Party!
Hosting a bachelorette party, birthday party, wedding/bachelorette party, baby shower or just a regular party? Add a Charm Bar Station to your event and make it even more memorable!
Cost: $70 per person (includes one chain and five charms).
Additional charms can be purchased. Charm prices can range from $4 to $30 each.
Please note that we cannot do parties that are less than 10 people, and no more than 15 at a time.
Time allotted will be 2 hours in duration unless more time is needed for the charm bar. Each additional hour will cost $50.
Setup time typically takes 1 to 2 hours depending on whether our outdoor canopy will be required.
We require a $100 dollar non-refundable deposit at time of scheduling, which will go towards your total price. A pay link via Square will be sent to the email address you provide, and once payment is received, we can get your charm bar set up on our schedule. The remaining amount will be due on the day of the event prior to our arrival.
We have a variety of charms, but if a specific charm or theme is required, please allow a MINIMUM of 3 weeks prior to your event for us to ensure that we can stock your requested charms. In some instances, more time may be required.
Our charm bar is stocked with 18K gold-filled paperclip chain (standard 18") and gold-filled, enameled, glass, stone, polymer, and several other types of charms in various styles.
If you would like a different size chain for your necklaces, please send us a message so that we can accommodate your request. Please note: We use paperclip, textured paperclip, and oval chains for our charm bar parties.
Sterling silver and/or stainless steel options are available upon request. Prices for sterling silver will vary as it is more expensive than gold-filled. Sterling silver is not continually stocked in our inventory, but we can order the chain if it is requested. Sterling silver will typically run twice the cost of our gold chains, but could be more.
