Please note that we cannot do parties that are less than 10 people, and no more than 15 at a time until further notice due to short staffing. For custom requests or questions regarding smaller parties, please send us a message.

Time allotted will be 2 hours in duration unless more time is needed for the charm bar. Each additional hour will cost $50.

Setup time typically takes 1 to 2 hours depending on whether our outdoor canopy will be required.

Deposits and Payments

We require a $100 dollar non-refundable deposit at time of scheduling, which will go towards your total price. A pay link via Square will be sent to the email address you provide, and once payment is received, we can get your charm bar set up on our schedule. The remaining amount will be due on the day of the event prior to our arrival.

There are no refunds on our charm bar or custom charm jewelry after any payments have been collected.

Travel and Pricing

Turquoise Tides will travel up to 35 miles from Milton, Florida. Additional fees will apply for mileage outside of the 35-mile radius, and will be added to your invoice and will be due prior to our arrival. For pricing questions please send us a message.

Pet Policy and Right to Refuse Service

We ask that all pets be secured prior to our arrival and for the duration of our visit. The only exception is a service animal in accordance with all applicable laws. Please note: We have the right to refuse service to anyone for ANY reason and at ANY time prior to or during the event. If we deem a pet or location unsafe at any time, it is our policy that the charm bar be immediately discontinued and our staff will vacate the premises. In the event that a charm bar is cancelled due to safety concerns, any unfinished product will be placed back into our inventory.

Inventory

We have a variety of charms, but if a specific charm or theme is required, please allow a MINIMUM of 3 weeks prior to your event for us to ensure that we can stock your requested charms. In some instances, more time may be required.

Our charm bar is stocked with 18K gold-filled paperclip chain (standard 18") and gold-filled, enameled, glass, stone, polymer, and several other types of charms in various styles.

If you would like a different size chain for your necklaces, please send us a message so that we can accommodate your request. Please note: We use paperclip, textured paperclip, and oval chains for our charm bar parties.

Sterling silver and/or stainless steel options are available upon request. Prices for sterling silver will vary as it is more expensive than gold-filled. Sterling silver is not continually stocked in our inventory, but we can order the chain if it is requested. Sterling silver will typically run twice the cost of our gold chains, but could be more.
